Guangdong Rising Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise which was authorized to be founded by Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd. in March 2002. The company, with registered capital of 6.58 million US dollars, has over 4000 employees and a total capital of 263 million US dollars today.
The history of the company can be dated back to 1953. The company evolved from China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation in Guangzhou and Office of the Guangdong Provincial,which was one of the first enterprises majoring in non-ferrous metals, has always been the leader of the industry in Guangdong province.The main businesses in nonferrous metals include: the collection, selection and smelting of the metals; the storing and warehousing; the time-bargain, importing and exporting the metals, etc. The four main industries are tungsten, rare earth, copper and silver tin. There are more than 30 branches and holding companies in provinces like Guangdong (GD), Jiangxi, Hunan and Hainan.
