崗位職責(zé)：


Establish SHE systems and procedures and monitor operations environment and performance in order to comply with SHE standards and regulations
Arrange/conduct training of staff in aspects of SHE in order to raise knowledge and awareness to prevent accidents.
Implement capital program in order to meet company’s objectives.
Maintain, safeguard and protect all assets and equipment and control physical assets acquisition and disposal.
Operate and maintain all safety equipment on site.

Find ways to implement SHE standards and ideas. Optimize resources to effect maximum efficiency
Independence regarding decision taking (Describes the kind of supervision or the performance principles, the post is subject to Implementation of SHE management system.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum college degree in chemicals industry, plus a Mechanical Engineering background
Minimum 5 year’s all-round SHE experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years experience in implementing and managing SHE programs.
Experience working Knowledge pertinent to chemical, M&E, and civil and electrical engineering. In-depth working knowledge in SHE and current legislation.
Good command of English.
