職位描述

Major Responsibilities:
l Initiate, develop, formulate and implement programs, policies and procedures to improve E.H.S of employees
l Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment, determine areas of recurring injury, forklift accidents, and health and environment issues and recommend corrective actions
l Perform EHS inspection; Liaise with management when necessary to assure EHS issue in control for all employees and related parties. Determine E.H.S requirements; assure compliance with applicable safety, health and environment agencies, regulations and directives
l Lead ISO14001 internal audit and coordinate external audit conducted by related parties
l Analyze operational processes and review surveys and accident reports; determine needs for E.H.S education, develop and/or conduct E.H.S training programs
l Analyze and seek opportunities to improve E.H.S; recommend total human resources solutions
l Respond to emergency situations as required on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis (on call); maintain crisis management plans for all E.H.S-related scenarios
l Develop and maintain liaison with regulatory agencies
l Select, train, develop, motivate and monitor performance of direct reports

任職資格的具體描述：
l Bachelor’s degree
l 5+ years professional and management experience in occupational safety, health and environment
l Knowledge of all applicable safety/ regulations and laws, investigations
l Expertise in the following safety disciplines: special equipment safety, hazardous chemicals, industrial occupational safety and health and fire prevention
l Analytical capability
l Good communication skill
l Familiar with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
