崗位職責(zé)：
1. Involved in the definition of the company safety, occupational health and environment policy.
2. Drafts or optimizes the working instruction and regulation related with company HSE policy.
3. Plan the prevention program to reduce the number and cost of incidents.
4. Define the requirements of PPE and daily supervision.
5. Writes and distributes relevant HSE reports as required by local regulations and company procedure.
6. Be in charge of the organization and management for the daily and annually HSE monitoring.
7. Ensures the communication with local administrative organization of safety, occupational health and environment.
8. Establishes and maintains a network of contacts with professional agencies for HSE regulations and rules.
9. Be responsible for the analysis of accidents & incidents.
10. Be in charge of the internal training related with HSE.

EDUCATION：Bachelor Degree
MAJOR：Relevant disciplines
EXPERIENCE ：At least five Years working Experience in multinational company as EHS
GENDER：Male
CERTIFICATE：ISO 14001, OHSAS 180001 internal auditor
Certificate for safety management
OTHER Have good command of EHS specialty
 Mastery of safety equipment,
 Very good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations
 Good knowledge of hazard studies and risk analysis.
 Good communication skills and problem solving skills
 Good oral and written English
