Postion: CSR Manager 

Purpose:

Due to the relocation of current CSR manager, a new CSR manager is needed to oversee the CSR practice in huizhou factory, especially to maintain smooth communication and develop collaboration with local communities and governmental authorities; also play a critical role in the ongoing  Sustainability Project.

Responsibility

-           Keep and develop good relationship with local farmers, and governmental authorities;

-           Maintain smooth communication with local stakeholders and dealing with miss-understandings/disputations;

-           Understand the interests and problems of local farmers for better co operations with Longmen factory;

-           Provide strong support to the ongoing Longmen Sustainability Project to ensure smooth operation;

-           A good communicator between local stakeholders, project team members (NGOs, Research institutes, etc) and DWC colleagues;

-           Lead all CSR projects in Longmen factory and push the CSR best practice forward;

-           Ensure good communication internally with factory managers and headquarter managers; externally with local farmers, governmental authorities, and our project partners;

-           Able to lead a small CSR team in Longmen factory with support from headquarters in GZ and overseas;

-           Able to lead and coordinate the activities between Longmen CSR team and external project members;

-           Promote activities regarding safety;

-           Work with HR and Safety departments of Longmen factory on safety iss ues;

Major Challenges

-          High demand on communication skills, able to communicate with local farmers, governmental officials, project partners, etc;

-          A general picture of CSR in Huizhou, with good planning skills;

-          Cross-discipline knowledge/experience needed;

-          Able to influence the local stakeholders

-          Based in Huizhou with extensive on site activities

-          Bachelor degree or above,  majored in Agriculture, Forestry, or Environmental engineering preferred;

-          At least 3 - 5 years solid CSR project management experience;

-          Proactive, innovative, flexible and committed.

-          Proficiency in  English (CET Band 4 minimum)
