職位描述
Supervision and coordination of all ESH related activities within the facilities assigned to support management with the implementation of National/Local government and IR ES&H procedures/regulations and compliance with these standards and requirements.
Be responsible to maintain and improve the ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 systems within the facility.
1. Conduct ESH inspection on daily basis within the facility. Be responsible for all ESH related devices check as per requirement of local authority and IR.
2. In charge of supervision and push the running of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management system.
3. Liaison with local authority, community and other external body regarding ESH issues. Monitor the moving of laws and regulations regarding ESH.
4. Be responsible for implementation of ESH routine work including but not limited to:
- Corrective and Preventive (C/P) actions follow up
- PTW management
- Safety sign management
- Emergency Preparedness
- MSDS management
- Monitor Incident report, take part in incident investigation including near miss as facilitator and expert
- PPE management
- Fire fighting facility inspection and maintenance
- Internal audit arrangement and management review preparation
- ESH data monitoring
- Procedure update and record keeping.

5. Providing ESH consulting service to all functions of the plant.
6. Provide training on ESH issues including, New Employee Orientation, Refresh Training, Position Change Training, Contractor Training, etc.
7. Collect data and prepare ESH monthly report. Analyze trends and make proposals to plant management on hazard/risk prevention
8. Work with other functions including but not limited to:
- Product ESH assessment
- Process ESH assessment
- Vendor ESH survey and assessment
- Job risk analysis
- etc
1. University education or above in engineering or safety related major.
2. Above 5 years working experience in relative function.
3. Be fluent in English, and good compute skill.
