This is a Successor since the current position holder will have a promotion of new career role. This role will lead the China EHS team to support China 60 around facilities EHS work. This role reports to China CEO.

About the role:

• Design, set up, facilitate and follow up China Industrial Management System (IMS), HSE & QMS in China covering 50+ subsidiaries, focusing on Safety, Quality, Reliability and regulatory compliance;
• Set up China national HSE & Quality management procedures for operation;
• Develop China annual plan for IMS, HSE & Quality, set up KPI, drive its implementation and follow up;
• Leading the implementation of Group Technical standard and its reporting
• Leader and initiator of Behavior Based Safety Program
• Road safety management
• Lead the improvement of quality management system and customer complain management (occurrence reporting system, cause analysis, follow up and statistic)

About the Person:

• 10+years of EHS management in MNC
• Rich EHS experience of chemical or related industry
• regional sites management experience
• Fluent English and excellent inter-personal skills
• Global view with strong leadership
