l Assist in developing company environmental policies, standards, work procedures and EHS system. Organize EHS campaigns and training to align with regulatory requirements;

l Implement company's environmental procedures and develop local work procedures;

l Support management in ensuring all employees, visitors and suppliers are in compliance with the company environment policies;

l Provide specific technical advice and environmental engineering support for the manufacturing facility in Shanghai;

l Provide technical leadership in the management of the site’s wastewater treatment and other pollution treatment facilities relating to electroplating operations;

l Integrate and communicate with other functions, carry out site inspections and ensure that audit recommendations are implemented;

l Handle daily environmental activities, Genba Kaizen (GK), site monitoring, accident prevention and investigation, risk analysis, environmental assessment, and the implementation of the site’s in emergency plans;

l Manage waste air emission, environmental noise and hazardous waste generated from the facility;

l Implement robust environmental monitoring program to ensure continuous compliance;

l Involve in energy saving water conservation, and wastewater recycling projects;

l Implement the company’s EHS management system, ISO14001 certification, Cleaner Production, Greenhouse Gases management (GHG) and support the company’s internal and external environmental reporting;

l Participate in various types of EHS audits to ensure continuous improvement of EHS management systems;

l Investigate and report on accidents, dangerous occurrences and other environment emergencies, to determine root causes and make recommendations to prevent recurrence;

l Ensure that all accidents are properly investigated and that lesson learnt are shared across the company;

l Bachelor degree in engineering, chemical and environmental engineering preferred;

l Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in manufacturing and environmental engineering;

l Comprehensive knowledge of environmental requirements and compliance practices in China or internationally;

l Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills;

l Ability to work with people at different levels;
