1 General

1.1 Purpose

This regulation was prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations including ""Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" to ensure safe operation of transportable pressure vessel, to protect the life and property safety of the people and to promote the development of the national economy.

1.2 Transportable pressure vessel

Transportable pressure vessel is tank type or cylinder type transportation equipment composed of pressure vessel tank or seamless steel cylinder type pressure vessel (hereinafter referred to as cylinder type vessel) with running gear or the transportation equipment whose frame is composed of permanent connection, including railway tank car, tank car, pip
