近年來，隨著人類科學(xué)技術(shù)及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)快速的發(fā)展，環(huán)境、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生和安全問題相繼發(fā)生，使人們對這類問題也更為關(guān)注。各國或各行業(yè)陸續(xù)制訂相應(yīng)的制度，以規(guī)范企業(yè)（或個(gè)人）的EHS運(yùn)行管理。
企業(yè)為了更進(jìn)一步的減少管理成本，更好的提高管理績效，根據(jù)OHSAS18000職業(yè)健康安全管理體系、ISO14000環(huán)境管理體系和ISO50001能源管理體系這三套管理之間所存在的兼容性，采用一體化管理模式進(jìn)行兼容合并，向管理一體化的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。
目前，環(huán)境保護(hù)、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生和安全等三個(gè)領(lǐng)域的培訓(xùn)課程眾多，不過這些內(nèi)容要么過于專業(yè)化、要么單一。為了使初入企業(yè)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生、安全生產(chǎn)和節(jié)能減排管理的人員能夠較為容易的、系統(tǒng)的掌握適合企業(yè)的管理模式，特開發(fā)此課程。

Presently, courses about environmental protection, occupational hygiene and safety are numerous, but either are lectured professionally, or singly. Therefore, to help beginners easily and systemically master well occupational hygiene, safety production, energy conservation and emission reduction for effective management mode, specially developed this course.
