工作崗位：安全健康環(huán)境經(jīng)理

Job Title: EHS Manager

-          掌握公司安全健康環(huán)境體系，熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的有關(guān)安全健康環(huán)境條列，確保公司體系符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Understand Corporate EHS System and China / international EHS regulations that apply to the plant to ensure Plant EHS systems are developed to comply with those regulations.

-          發(fā)展并實(shí)施安全健康環(huán)境政策和管理體系。

Develop and implement EHS policies and management system.

-          確保環(huán)境管理體系的建立、實(shí)施、維護(hù)。

Ensure that process needed for ISO14000：2004 systems are implemented and maintained

-          評(píng)估安全健康環(huán)境等級(jí)，分類(lèi)隱患，制定管理方案。

Assess EHS risks related to operation and provide recommendation to manage the risks, take the authority at division level to stop and restart production line regarding safety.

-          管理并監(jiān)督安全健康環(huán)境的執(zhí)行情況。

Advise the management on EHS performance and improvement areas.

-          從各個(gè)方面入手管理安全健康環(huán)境事故，包括報(bào)告，調(diào)查，原因分析，改進(jìn)方面及執(zhí)行情況。

Manage all aspects of EHS incidents from reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, recommendation of change and implementation of change.

-          負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)的安全事故處理。

Responsible for the company emergency response plan and update.

-          根據(jù)工業(yè)流程和職業(yè)安全環(huán)境條列和勞動(dòng)保護(hù)法，編制安全工作條列。

Involves in safety working instruction formulation/validation together with industrial process, define with production, process regarding labor protection instruments and occupational health and safety environment.

-          通過(guò)系統(tǒng)流程培訓(xùn)，提高員工安全意識(shí)和滿足外部需求的能力

Ensuring the promotion of awareness and capability of customer requirements through system, flow and fit training.

-          監(jiān)督廢水，廢氣和固體廢物的處置辦法。

Supervise waste water, air and solid waste treatment/disposal and site security.

-          為管理層準(zhǔn)備技術(shù)性文件,應(yīng)付當(dāng)?shù)睾褪〖?jí)環(huán)境部門(mén)的審查。

The company’s representative dealing with the local and provincial environmental ministry or bureau.

-          大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，安全健康環(huán)境教育背景或者相關(guān)的工業(yè)工程背景（機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè)者優(yōu)先）

Bachelor degree or above, majored in environment, health, safety or related engineering discipline (Majored in machining is a plus)

-          了解中國(guó)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生保健條例及工業(yè)安全措施慣例

Familiar with Chinese EHS law & regulations.

-          5年以上的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

 More than 5 years EHS working experience, at least 3 years management position.

-          書(shū)面英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。
