工作崗位：安全健康環(huán)境經理

Job Title: EHS Manager

-          掌握公司安全健康環(huán)境體系，熟悉國內和國際的有關安全健康環(huán)境條列，確保公司體系符合相關標準。

Understand Corporate EHS System and China / international EHS regulations that apply to the plant to ensure Plant EHS systems are developed to comply with those regulations.

-          發(fā)展并實施安全健康環(huán)境政策和管理體系。

Develop and implement EHS policies and management system.

-          確保環(huán)境管理體系的建立、實施、維護。

Ensure that process needed for ISO14000：2004 systems are implemented and maintained

-          評估安全健康環(huán)境等級，分類隱患，制定管理方案。

Assess EHS risks related to operation and provide recommendation to manage the risks, take the authority at division level to stop and restart production line regarding safety.

-          管理并監(jiān)督安全健康環(huán)境的執(zhí)行情況。

Advise the management on EHS performance and improvement areas.

-          從各個方面入手管理安全健康環(huán)境事故，包括報告，調查，原因分析，改進方面及執(zhí)行情況。

Manage all aspects of EHS incidents from reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, recommendation of change and implementation of change.

-          負責公司內的安全事故處理。

Responsible for the company emergency response plan and update.

-          根據工業(yè)流程和職業(yè)安全環(huán)境條列和勞動保護法，編制安全工作條列。

Involves in safety working instruction formulation/validation together with industrial process, define with production, process regarding labor protection instruments and occupational health and safety environment.

-          通過系統(tǒng)流程培訓，提高員工安全意識和滿足外部需求的能力

Ensuring the promotion of awareness and capability of customer requirements through system, flow and fit training.

-          監(jiān)督廢水，廢氣和固體廢物的處置辦法。

Supervise waste water, air and solid waste treatment/disposal and site security.

-          為管理層準備技術性文件,應付當地和省級環(huán)境部門的審查。

The company’s representative dealing with the local and provincial environmental ministry or bureau.

-          大學本科及以上學歷，安全健康環(huán)境教育背景或者相關的工業(yè)工程背景（機械專業(yè)者優(yōu)先）

Bachelor degree or above, majored in environment, health, safety or related engineering discipline (Majored in machining is a plus)

-          了解中國職業(yè)衛(wèi)生保健條例及工業(yè)安全措施慣例

Familiar with Chinese EHS law & regulations.

-          5年以上的相關工作經驗，3年以上經理管理經驗。

 More than 5 years EHS working experience, at least 3 years management position.

-          書面英語表達能力。
