• 國(guó)家疾控局成立后發(fā)的第一個(gè)關(guān)于職業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的文件，代表以后機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管納入國(guó)家疾控局。 

• 過(guò)渡時(shí)期，衛(wèi)健部門、疾控部門及其委托的監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)執(zhí)行監(jiān)督執(zhí)法工作。綜合行政執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)執(zhí)法也適用。

• 除常規(guī)的查資質(zhì)符合性、執(zhí)業(yè)規(guī)范性外，還要查技術(shù)服務(wù)信息報(bào)送情況和報(bào)告信息公開情況。

• 必要時(shí)開展被服務(wù)的用人單位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)延伸執(zhí)法檢查。

• 明確了“涉嫌虛假職業(yè)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)報(bào)告”的五種情形，高壓線不能碰。
